1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Free Converter Pro ("Service") at freeconverterpro.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Free Converter Pro provides online tools for converting, editing, merging, splitting, compressing, and otherwise processing PDF and other document files. Some features require a paid subscription. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload files you do not own or do not have the right to process
• Upload files containing malware, illegal content, or content that infringes third-party rights
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service
• Use automated scripts or bots to access the Service at scale without written permission
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

4. Your Files & Content

You retain full ownership of files you upload. By uploading, you grant us a temporary, limited license solely to process the file and return results to you. Files are deleted from our servers within 1 hour. We do not claim any rights to your content beyond what is necessary to provide the Service.

5. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Notify us immediately at vikassharmaofficial@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Payments & Refunds

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. We offer a 7-day refund for new subscriptions if you contact us within that period and have not processed more than 10 files. No refunds are issued after 7 days.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will meet your exact requirements. Always keep backups of important documents before processing.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Free Converter Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, including loss of data or files. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, and software underlying the Service are owned by Free Converter Pro. Nothing in these Terms grants you a license to use our branding or proprietary technology outside the Service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction, as applicable.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
